The Brief: Enhancing a Challenging Obstacle Course
East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) were looking to give a makeover to their already successful flagship event; Only the Brave, to commemorate their 20 year anniversary. This event is a challenging obstacle course for individuals and teams and is attended by almost 2000 people every year. Gladiator Events proposed aligning the course experience with the charity’s values and current campaigns, and designed several obstacles themed around the charity’s work.
The Event: A 6 mile and 10 mile obstacle Run
We have sourced a brand new Estate for the new look Only the Brave Event - beautiful Euston Estate, a natural adventure playground in teh heart of the countryside near Thetford. For one day only in October 2022, the Estate will be transformed into a giant playground for all the wonderful EAAA supporters! With 35 amazing obstacles and a 6 or 10 mile route, runners can expect a fantastic challenge, and muddy clothes! Some of our brand new highlight obstacles themed around EAAA’s work include the ‘Rotor Scramble’, the 24/7 clock climb, the Commando Wall of Thanks, the First Aid Bag carry and the Helibob’s Tower Climb.
